WTBU students won the first prize in the National College Student E-commerce Competition

From July 22 to 24, the finals of the 12th National College Student E-commerce "Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship" Challenge (hereinafter referred to as Three Innovations) were held in Hubei University of Economics. Guided by teachers Liu Yuan and Wan Hui from the School of Electronic Commerce of Wuhan Technology and Business University, and students from the School of Electronic Commerce Zhao Zhixue, Yang Fen, Wang Keer, Liang Yong, and Zhou Xichao, stood out and won the first prize.



Their project called Ruding Chicken Integrated Industrial Chain Project. Zhao Zhixue, the person in charge, introduced that the project was carried out under the background of the country's implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The main purpose is to promote e-commerce to the countryside and help farmers increase their income. At the end of 2021, the team relied on Wuhan Yujian Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out business cooperation with Padan Village, Fenyan Town, Jianli City, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, to sell rutin chicken as pets, and the village provided technical support for hatching and breeding. The team carried out e-commerce training, product type development, and sales channel development for the villagers.

Talking about the feeling of winning the award, Zhao Zhixue said with emotion: "The two instructors led the team members from the school selection competition to the provincial selection competition, and then to the finals, and it was not easy to finally win the first prize. In the process of participating, everyone have learned a lot of advanced experience, improved innovation awareness, creative thinking and entrepreneurial ability, which has laid a solid foundation for future e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship. I also hope that I can have better projects to participate in the competition next year. I will continue to challenge myself, make persistent efforts, and climb peak bravely!"
